Returns,Exchange and Cancellations

  1) Returns 

  • Return requests for regular orders (except customized ones) must be raised within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery via the Returns Portal, along with an unpacking/unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.

  • Defective or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours with high-resolution photos to support@worldofzyre.com. A credit note will be issued; no replacement will be sent.

  • Please refuse delivery of visibly damaged packages. We are not liable for courier damages.

  • Unpacking videos are mandatory for return processing; failure to provide may lead to cancellation or delay.
    Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags intact, original packaging, and supported by the unpacking video and photos.

  • Customized or altered outfits cannot be returned or exchanged.


 2) Exchange

Exchanges are not offered; for different sizes or items, customers must return and place a new order.

  1. Cancellation

  • Cancellations are not accepted once the order is placed due to the made-to-order process.

  • Report missing, incorrect, or short shipments within 24–48 hours with supporting evidence.

  • For damaged or open packages accepted by the customer, report immediately with all required evidence to support a claim.
     

    

  3) Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued as store credit for eligible returns after quality checks.

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of refund.

  • Credit is also issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect items after verification (3–5 business days).

  • Full refunds to original payment methods will be processed within 5–7 working days for any payment processing errors.

  • Shipping fees, payment processing charges, and customization fees are non-refundable.

  • Store credits for promotional orders are based on the price paid, not original MRP.

  • Re-shipments after failed delivery incur a ₹199 charge; after two failed attempts, customers must arrange warehouse pickup.

  • Refunds will not be provided for shipping delays caused by unforeseen or third-party logistics issues.

  • Zyre reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock limitations, pricing errors, fraud, or payment issues, with refunds made promptly to the original payment method.
